Alice Luesley

Alice is a junior clinical fellow in Emergency General Surgery. Being part of the YES Collaborative combines all of the things she loves, Yorkshire, teaching and community. She has been involved in teaching since medical school and the near-peer education that YES provides is a model that she loves and know works. She has seen the emotional, time and financial burden that postgraduate exams and courses put on surgical trainees and aims to utilise her role in YES to lessen this burden and improve the outcomes for the region's trainees, particularly core surgical trainees.
